1. What Reclaim Is

Reclaim is a B2B software platform that helps independent auto body shops and claim specialists write better insurance supplement documentation. We pull citations from publicly available industry sources (DEG inquiries, P-pages, ASA not-included operations charts, and labor rate data) and generate structured written arguments you can use in your supplement submissions.

Reclaim is a research and drafting tool. We are not a law firm. Nothing we generate is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using our Service. If you need legal representation, consult a licensed attorney.

2. Who Can Use Reclaim

Reclaim is for licensed business operators in the collision repair industry: independent shops, estimators, and claim management professionals. You must be 18 or older and authorized to conduct business in your jurisdiction. Reclaim is not for individual consumers filing personal insurance claims.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information to any insurer, adjuster, or third party using our outputs
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying models or data
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
• Upload documents you don't have the right to share

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting it to anyone. We generate drafts. You decide what gets sent.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Your first denied estimate is free, with no card required and no commitment. Paid subscriptions begin only when you choose a plan.

Reclaim is a single flat plan: $500/month for unlimited supplements.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. Billing errors can be disputed by emailing support@tryreclaim.com within 30 days of the charge.

5. Your Data

You own everything you upload. We do not sell your account information, your uploaded documents, or any personally identifiable information. We may share or sell de-identified, aggregated data derived from supplements processed on the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details and how to opt out. Uploaded documents are deleted from our servers after 90 days.

6. Disclaimers

Reclaim is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any supplement argument we generate will result in insurer approval or payment. Citation coverage varies by operation and platform, and we display confidence levels so you always know the strength of what we've found. Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you've paid us in the prior three months.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
